Assist ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) inTraining Aanganwadi personnel across the state of Maharashtra on concepts of Early Childhood Education in partnership with UNICEF
Beneficiaries:
Children in the age group of 3 to 6 across the 1,00,000+ Anganwaadis in Maharashtra
Objectives:
This is for for Anganwadi Supervisors, Anganwadi Workers. UNICEF and Anugraha have partnered to conduct training for Anganwadi Supervisors across the state of Maharashtra in order to build an in house self sustainable model to cover the vast training needs.
Activities:
Develop a multi tier structured curriculum to prepare a Master Trainer Cadre across the state Train the in service and pre service staff engaged in the activities Conduct Trainings across different districts Mentor the trainers to take their activities further
